Villor i Monterubbiano

“wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus mit Pool verbracht. Der Pool war ausreichend groß für uns 4, der Garten schön und auch groß mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich auszubreiten und die 3 Tische für die Mahlzeiten zu stellen. Jeden Morgen kam Lino vorbei und hat sich um die Aussenanlagen gekümmert und 2 mal gab es frische Eier von den Hühnern. Das Haus ist zwar Baujahr 1980 aber die Ausstattung war ausreichend und es hat an fast nichts gefehlt, so dass wir einen schönen Urlaub verbrachten”

“Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit großem, komplett umzäunten Grundstück (ideal für unseren Hund). Toller Pool und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Perfekt wären noch Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“Wir waren im Sommer 2023 in der Villa dei Ciliegi. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, geräumig und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Der Garten und vor allem der Pool, der größer als erwartet war, sind sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, gerade mein Essen auf der Terrasse haben wir ihn genossen. “We hade a great stay in the villa during 9 unusually hot days in June. The fans in the bedrooms were definitely needed. We were 3 families 6 adults and 7 teenagers between 16-19. At the outdoor eating area we had both breakfasts and many home cooked dinners. The kitchen was quite well equipped and it was great with 2 ovens when we were so many. The slow two slice toaster was on the other hand a nuisance in the mornings. There was also something wrong with the electricity in the kitchen area...

“We had an amazing holiday in this beautifully restored farmhouse set in a stunning location. Rolling hills, incredible sunsets and the spacious living areas and grounds, made it a holiday to remember. Luisa and family were very welcoming and attentive hosts. “We had different guests staying with us (with children) over the two weeks we stayed in the house. They all were happily surprised by the nice pool, standard o the house and not least the hospitality of Signora Paola.
