“good”

“We loved out stay! Would absolutely stay again. There is a little (under 5 min) walk to the tiny house itself on some rough terrain but it’s worth it for the seclusion. The place itself was so charming and cute. So fun seeing the animals and trails are walking distance away. The nearest towns are 30+ minutes away and there are no big box stores, just small shops and restaurants, so pack accordingly. The house has cooking supplies, utensils, plates and even coffee there but you need to bring a...

“Just returned from a 3 generation family celebration. This house was exactly as described. So beautiful, had all the amenities. More areas to relax, party, or just enjoy. The pool and pool house were just amazing. Kitchen and dining areas were great to work and enjoy. Basement had so many games to choose from. We already planning a return. Liliana was a terrific host, she responded to all our requests within minutes. Thank you so much.”

“Great space! Very nicely decorated. Host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. Also close to a great bakery and coffee shop!”

“This home was under complete construction. It’s unbelievable that we booked it four months in advance and paid 1,500.00. Two days before our check-in, we received the check-in details. Never notified of anything! When our family and friends arrived, they were met with an unimaginable disaster.”

“Everything you could ask for!!”

“It was great! "It's about a whale".”

There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including difficult-to-operate sliding doors, loose hardware, a dirty deck, and a hot tub with an odor and visible debris that was disappointing.Overall, we enjoyed our time but hope these issues are addressed, as this has been one of our favorite places to stay in the past.”

“A very quiet cul de sac and a babbling brook in the back yard which was absolutely soothing. Street parking was tight but there was a small parking lot available close by. Beds were comfortable (pillows need upgraded though). Kitchen could use a few more plates and bowls. I cooked for 7 people. Towels (rough). A few upgrades and this place would be a five.”

“We screened properties for pet friendly and this listing came up every time, but we got a call from the owner the first morning telling us they were not pet friendly. The did refund us for one night of the 2 we planned to stay. The property is in a very nice part of Newburgh. When you pull up to the property there are 15cars parked around the yard that aren’t being used, 7 are covered and one is a delivery truck and a limo. There are lots of bicycles not in use and many charcoal grills. The...
