“Driving up to the property there was no Quality Inn sign - or temporary sign. I assumed they had just purchased a Super 8. When I arrived just before midnight they told me that the room I’d purchased was sold out and then tried to upsell me. I refused and they finally gave in. The so called upgraded room had no AC on and there was no TV. At 8:30am someone tried to enter my room - without knocking. I left immediately there after. Unless you cannot find anything else available I would not...

“I liked the 2b/2b for the price, the cleanliness, unit amenities, and the view of pool and canal. I didn't like that i wasn't informed ahead of time that it was a 3rd floor walk-up, the 2nd bedroom was a loft with a spiral staircase to gain access, or that the laundry wasn't in the unit but in the next building.”

“When we arrived our room was not ready. We had to wait an hr for our room and that’s because I kept asking. The staff didn’t seem to care. Could improve”

“Great location in April Sound Proper. Very comfortable bed. There is a wall AC unit but it kept us cool and we slept very well. Plenty of space for food items in the fridge. The kitchenette was nice but we didn't need it while we were there. I like the windows in the unit and it faced a green area I think along the golf course area. Host was very responsive. ”
