“A great property! The room was outfitted well; very comfortable. The common area was fantastic, with lots of room to socialize with the other guests. We enjoyed sitting around having an adult beverage after a long day exploring. Wish we could have stayed longer. Next time we are in the area we will stay here again. ”

“We booked this property last minute after hiking all day and were so pleased with everything! The lease office was closed, but Mark in the sales office took amazing care of us! He gave us a welcome beverage and helped orient us to the property and even gave us a personal contact number incase we had an issue. Views were absolutely stunning and the property was pristine. The hot tub was the perfect ending to the day and the stars felt reachable! We will definitely stay here again!! ”

“Cleanliness & comfortable beds are my top priorities... & This stay has both!!!Awesome proximity to Arches National Park, our main destination while staying here. Bonus was the private hot tub! Awesome for relaxing & star gazing. And the private community swimming pool was enjoying by our family (4 adults & 1 teenager). Will stay here again if in the area.”

“We had a great time staying at this wonderful VRBO in Moab! It was clean and roomy, with tons of seating and comfortable beds. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and other areas. We were happy to have an enclosed garage--not something we've had before. The owner/manager was a dream to communicate with, answering our questions promptly and offering helpful info. We would definitely recommend this VRBO! ”

“Overall a great stay for a group of 8 male friends, 5 nights. There was a lot of room and amenities like the pool, firepit and hot tub. The place was clean and comfortable. Moab are was amazing!I’d encourage the property owner to put a little money back in - there are some wobbly chairs, rug stains and kitchen items all mismatched. ”
