“Pleasant hostess. Good bed, with A/C and fan to sleep comfortably. Quiet, peaceful setting. Perfect for two people who are young enough to climb a ladder. We'd do it again, for sure.”

Private hot tub was just what we needed after hiking in the national parks.Communication with the host was excellent. He answered questions quickly and was very helpful in every aspect.Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back again!”

“It was more then i expected, the kitchen was fully equipped. The rooms were bright and clean . we love moab and this just added to our enjoyment. The kids even had a playroom under the stairs which they loved.”

“The place was clean and comfortable. We didn’t cook, but having a kitchen and multiple seating options was great. We didn’t use the backyard or hot tub, but both were available if we had wanted. It was very convenient to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, the reason for our stay. I would recommend to others and stay again if in the area.”

“This place is amazing, well located and a gorg hot tub view. The mattresses need to be updated, it’s clear this has been a rental for quite some time and the spring mattresses (including the owners suite bed) squeak, to the point that we had to utilize separate sleeping arrangements in order to get rest. There are also dead bugs in the framed wall hanging artwork in the owners suite, pretty gross. A deep cleaning of this unit would deffo be beneficial. ”

“Great house! The house and property was super clean. It was easy to get into and had everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub was great and beds were very comfortable! It had a washer and dryer if we needed it. It had Roku tvs for streaming your subscriptions. We would definitely stay there again.”
