“Nice property with great location to boat ramp. Cabin is very well organized and layed out”

“2 night stay. Friday and Saturday nights. Clean comfortable home. Strong wi-fi. Most everything needed was supplied, towels, linen, pots, pans, etc. bed was firm and comfortable. lake access was close but the water water level was very low at the time of our visit. Neighbors that we met, were hospitable if not friendly. Only room in driveway for a very small boat trailer and truck. Overall very happy with our stay. Hope to return next year.”

“As regular VRBOers, it’s not uncommon to experience a place as less than presented. Not so here. Our host was amazing in clarity and frequency of communication. The place was so welcoming, unique, clean, updated and wonderfully secluded. Time on the front porch was life-giving and the Girl Scout cookies as a welcome gift was perfect.”

“The cabin was very clean and conveniently located. I would recommend bringing an eye make to sleep in the summer as one of the bedroom windows has no covering at all and the other one has a half curtain which made it very difficult for my husband and I to fall asleep. The bed itself wasn't the best, but I've definitely had to sleep on worse. Overall as long as you bring an eye mask I'd recommend this rental.”

“We had a nice stay. We were there to attend other events so not in the cabin much but while there it’s only tv entertainment in the bedroom. We had a delay in checking in. My fault for not Printing or doing a screen capture of the check in instructions. The Wi-Fi listed in the instructions is not the same as the actual login posted inside the cabin, so we sat in the driveway, unable to get a signal or Wi-Fi to get the access code until we received a cell signal. I had the wifi info but not the...

“Our family really enjoyed the stay at the get-away near the lake! The scenery was beautiful, secluded, and met our needs. Communication with the owner was easy with a quick turn around. The only issue was that we had no cell service which might be what some folks might like. It made it difficult to make contact when there was an issue. We had to drive to town in jamestown to get cellular service. One of the members of our party was diabetic and so was a concern but did not become an issue. Thsnk...

“Our stay was one of the most relaxing vacations we have taken. The firepit area was one of my favorite spots. We spent lots of hours around the firepit. We also rented a pontoon boat from a nearby marina and they picked us up at the boat ramp in the neighborhood. The property owner always answered my questions in a timely manner. The check in process was extremely easy. If you are looking for a place to unwind and reconnect with loved ones, this is definitely your place.”

“From the rain on the metal roof to the nights we had by the fire, the whole stay was so peaceful and relaxing. The cabin is quaint with a lot of personality, and the cabins in the resort are spread out so as not to be crowding. We had everything we needed. We grilled some steaks, read books , and took nice hikes in the area. The stay was exactly what we wanted. Calvin is very accommodating helpful. We will definitely stay here again.”
