“The host is WONDERFUL and addresses issues EFFECTIVELY. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues (such as the gas & electric company coming early in the morning and saying they needed to shut gas/electric off or the Kuerig machine not working) that made the stay a little less relaxing. However, these issues were probably out of the control of the host and the host immediately dealt with these incidents and found resolutions. It was OUTSTANDING service!”

“Host was very good at communicating. Hot tub needed some attention, as at first there were no jets and by end of stay water was not warm. It was great being able to take my pup. She enjoyed the stay as well. There were a couple issues I messaged with the host about, but overall it was anlively place for rest, relaxation and getting away from it all.”

“Great place. Very clean. It felt brand new. All staples you need plus there were snacks, coffee and waters. The po d out back is great for fishing! It was a surprise that the guest house is attached to the main house. However, we never saw or heard anything that impacted our time here. The location is very close to Hillsdale College. There are a handful of places to eat and trails arboretum nearby. 30 min from IMS.”

“The Independence Inn was beautiful and an amazing experience from booking to stay to checkout. Emma was great with communication. The home was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. We (2 adult couples) stayed one night to watch a football game at Hillsdale College. The home is within 4 mins to the college and convenient to restaurants and cute downtown. 1 bathroom on the main floor and one upstairs. The kitchen had everything needed including a full fridge, full oven and a cute coffee bar....

Mycket trevligt och rent hotell. Stort och bekvämt rum, skön säng, stort badrum med alla bekvämligheter ett stort plus för duschmunstycke med slag som går att ta ner. Fanns en del att välja på till frukost. Trevlig personal
Erica
