This cozy retreat features a large, modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Located in the multicultural Côte-des-Neiges neighborhood, you'll enjoy easy access to public transportation with a bus stop close by , making it convenient to explore the city. For added convenience, a parking space is also included.

Even though it's a basement space, the room is wonderfully lit, offering a warm and inviting ambiance. The soft, ambient lighting—highlighted by the charming string lights adorning the curtain that separates the main bed from the living area—adds a cozy touch. A comfortable sofa bed is available for one, ensuring extra convenience and versatility. The space is thoughtfully designed to feel open and welcoming, creating a relaxing, homey atmosphere even without natural light. The large bathroom and kitchenette are fully equipped with all the essentials to accommodate up to three guests.

Access Montréal's public transportation easily, hop onto the bus at the corner or walk to the Édouard-Montpetit metro station on a sunny day (1.7km) which allows you to get anywhere quite smoothly. A free parking space is alos offered in our driveway!

Unfortunately; we are not authorized to allow any pets. If you have a service animal; please contact us prior to booking. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honoured.
**Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms with over 5 cm of snow. Shovel and salt are provided for your use during your stay.**


When you arrive at the property you will notice that the access is on the side of the building, next to the garage door.

For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone).

If you plan on checking in outside of office hours, please be sure to have access to all necessary information.

We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guide and for some communication.

If the number of people exceeds the reservation without notice, a fee of $70 per person per night will apply automatically.

To avoid check-in problems and overload, please make sure to register the correct number of travelers as the number of people will be verified.

A damage deposit will be reserved before your arrival, with the exclusion of Airbnb guests who are covered.

Access to the property:

To gain access to check-in instructions we ask for a photo of passport/driver licence and rental agreement.

Access to the unit is done through an electronic lock. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and / or text message once you complete your pre-check in (see listing details).

Pets are prohibited unless otherwise authorized. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 if not honoured.

Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.

During the rental period, any damage not attributable to normal wear and tear caused by the tenant to the building, furniture, equipment, accessories or land will be the responsibility of the tenant. In such a case, reasonable expenses equivalent to the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged property will be required.
