Welcome to my Airbnb apartment. In order to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, I have established a house rule that I ask you to respect during your stay.
House Rules:
Smoking is only allowed on the private balcony of the apartment.
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
We kindly ask you to remove your shoes inside the apartment to maintain optimal cleanliness.
Access to Facilities:
You have access to the laundry room located inside the apartment.
You can find an indoor parking spot at 5 minutes by walk of the building. The fee is around $20 daily. Please look at ''Stationnement UQAM''on Google maps.
You will find a key boxat the building entrance where the keys to the apartment will be available for your arrival.
The key drop box is in blue and ''Montreal'' is written on it
Upon departure, please drop the keys off in the same box
Please note that lost keys will result in additional fees (150$ for both the chip and key)
Departure and Cleaning:
You don't have to clean or do the laundry at your departure. However please try to keep it in good condition.
Internet Usage:
Internet access is complimentary for guests. Please note that downloading illegal content is strictly prohibited.
Respect for Neighbors and Common Areas:
I kindly ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable level and avoiding any disruptive behavior.
Please leave all common areas (coworking space, gym, and rooftop) clean and tidy after use.
Any disrespectful behavior towards neighbors or inappropriate use of common areas may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
