Smoking Policy

This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke anywhere inside the building, smoking in the unit will cause smoke detector go into alarm. If you need to smoke, please do so outside or go to rooftop terrace (you can find a key in the round plate on the table, please do put the key back to the round plate after using). Kindly note a fine of $100 will be charged if cleaning lady report smoke smells in the unit.

Indoor parking is available and limited to 1 car per booking but you need to reserve in advance (at least 24 hours in advance during 10 am- 6 pm, M-F), .
