“Great spot on the pond! Wonderful place for couple or one person to stay. The dogs loved the fenced in yard and so did we. Home had everything we needed to make meals. Also had many of the small things like coffee filters, foil, a few zip lock bags etc that saved us having to pick up. We heard loons throughout our stay, and saw a bald eagle fly over the pond a few times. Its 10 minutes from Augusta, grocery less than 6 miles away. Communication was great with host. “We love to support small farms when we travel and this was a convenient location in between our plans in Portland and Acadia. The cottage is at the top of the hill with panoramic views. We woke up to thick fog which blanketed the scenery in clouds and made for scenery which we don't often get to see. The cottage is brand new and very clean and comfortable. “It was a charming cottage in dreamy surroundings! We loved our week in the very comfy cabin with great kitchen, dock with kayaks, beautiful grounds and flowers, and trail into town to see the shipyard, sailboats, and quaint Main Street. It was also great fun to have our dog with us and throw the frisbee on the expansive lawn.”

“We had such a relaxing stay at this cabin. The property is incredibly peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly but respectful of privacy. The cabin was clean and well-stocked with essentials like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and large towels, which made settling in so easy. “This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. There was more than enough space for our family of three, and room for a few more if needed. The pond was great for swimming and taking out the canoe. The house was well appointed and lovingly maintained with just the necessities needed for our week long stay. The location was in close proximity to Camden (10-15 minute drive), and a lot of other must see destinations in Maine (Acadia, Bar Harbor, etc) are within 60-90 minutes. There was a sailing...
