“We stayed in a overwater bungalow, which had great snorkelling access and possibility to dive straight into the water (only the ones further out was like this). Very crowded on Saturday as many local people could book a one day package. We had an misunderstood regarding breakfast, where we were offered a discount for including breakfast. We specifically asked several times if the price was for our WHOLE stay, which the woman at the desk said yes. However, when we checked out we found out...

“Vi kom hit efter nĂ„gra dagar pĂ„ Bora Bora och tĂ€nkte att det inte kunde mĂ€ta sig med Bora Bora men det vĂ€xte fort och blev favoriten. Vi bodde i en villa över vatten och kunde gĂ„ ner och snorkla pĂ„ fina rev rakt under oss. Gymmet var vĂ€ldigt vĂ€lutrustat. Bra mat i alla restauranger och personalen var genuint trevliga och tillmötesgĂ„ende. ”

“Cook’s Bay is one of the most wonderful places we’ve ever stayed, and we’ve stayed at many fantastic places around the world. The staff was amazingly nice. The rooms were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked. The showers were hot. The towels were first class. Most important for us was the amazing snorkeling right off the edge of the property and the amazing views of the beautiful mountains of Moorea. “The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The lagoon bungalow I stayed in was clean and the view was great. The A/C worked too. A lovely place to stay. My only complaint was the lack of parking and you had to pay a lot for extra’s such as beach towels, so bring your own. ”

“Once settled in we enjoyed our time at this quaint location. Most favorite time was taking coffee on the patio for the beautiful sunrises. Seaside is well appointed, but would recommend doing your grocery shopping prior to arriving so you have the needed necessities (coffee/tea, etc). There is a nice supermarket (Champion) a few minutes from the ferry & VRBO that has a fantastic selection. ”

“This place was perfect for us. We used the kayaks provided on the beautiful water that was at our doorstep. The minimart across the street had everything that we needed to grab snacks, drinks etc. They also had meals made to go if you wanted. There was a food truck within a minute walk that had great pizza, burgers, fries and crepes. The crepes were especially delicious. The breakfast provided everyday was fresh and tasty. The space and ambiance of the cabins were everything that we were hoping...

"I stayed in a 1st floor suite. + The suite was nicer than expected - modern, fresh, and with a spacious bathroom. From the balcony, I had a lovely view of the mountains and even a glimpse of the sea. The reception area was cool and welcoming, and it was great that I could store my luggage there and purchase water before check-in. I also appreciated being within a short walk of a sandy beach and a 5min walk from a grocery store. - The property is designed for car access, so there’s no paved path for rolling a suitcase from the reception. Note: the 1st floor suites are accessible only by stairs, so you’ll need to be able to carry your bag up. If you can't better choose the garden suites. Overall, a great stay - I’d happily return."
