You behaved very, very badly.You have made an incredible mess of your suite.You took down the curtains, you removed furniture, rearranged the suite by moving everything and I will non comment on the details of all your initiatives in our hotel.You emptied the mini-bars to store food even though you had a refrigerator at your disposal.This is unheard of !No hotel in our category would accept such behavior.So, yes, I expressed my legitimate dissatisfaction.We are a luxury hotel and it is normal for housekeepers to come and clean and check the minibars.To avoid paying for an extra bed (not sheets!!!), you used sofas to make beds.Your reservation stipulated 3 super king size beds, not 5.However, you wanted 5 beds but you did not want to pay for an additional bed.When you need 5 bedrooms, you don't book a 3 bedroom suite.You caused significant damage to our magnificent presidential suite and it took the housekeepers an entire day to put everything back in order.This is unacceptable and your hateful message is a shame.

Thank you for taking the time to rate our hotel.However, I am surprised by your comment.Indeed, our hotel is “placed” on the lagoon.It is located in the most popular place for snorkeling.The lagoon is particularly beautiful at this location which is renowned as the most beautiful place on the island since we are located in the meeting site with rays and sharks, opposite the motus.All water activities without exception are done on this site.You can swim in front of the hotel and from your suite, you have direct access to the lagoon which is particularly beautiful in this location and what a magnificent view.And to top it off, we see stingrays passing by during the day and sharks at night.

Madam, you left without paying. You stole cups, products, you broke a faucet and the list is long of the misdeeds of which you were guilty so much so that we had to file a complaint against you for grivellerue and fraud, which forced you to pay your consumption and to compensate us for the significant damage of which you are guilty. We have communicated this information to EXPEDIA and of course, we will request the removal of your defamatory message. You should be ashamed of such behavior.
