Villa Julietta Beach av ENJOY VILLAS MOOREA, Villa vid stranden med pool

Vacker villa vid havet med pool belägen i PAPETOAI i ett säkert boende. Villan består av 3 moduler i en trädgård, med 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, ett kök öppet mot vardagsrummet samt på en stor terrass som vetter mot poolen och lagunen samt ett tvättstuga.

Utrymme 1: Det fullt utrustade köket är öppet mot det stora vardagsrummet, avkopplingsområdet med soffa, TV, WIFI och utsikt över lagunen. Stora fönsterfönster öppnar ut mot terrassen, som består av ett utomhusrum, ett matbord för 8 personer och solstolar. Strax efter den stora poolen ger en liten privat grind dig tillgång till lagunen. En utomhusdusch och kajaker finns också. (2 kajak 2 platser).

Utrymme nr 2: Master sovrum: 180x200 säng, luftkonditionering, badrum med dusch och jacuzzi, förvaringsskåp. Områden nr 3: 2: a sovrummet med en 200 x 200 säng, skåp, myggnät, fläkt. Tredje sovrummet med en 160x200 säng och 2 våningssängar för barn, myggnät, fläkt. Ett badrum delas av de två sovrummen, som består av en dusch och ett badkar. Du hittar också en tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och en utetoalett.

Denna villa är perfekt för 6 vuxna och 2 barn maximalt (på grund av de två våningssängarna). Observera också att luftkonditionering (luftkonditionering) endast finns i rum nr 01.

Vacation paradise

This was our first VRBO experience and it was perfect for our family. The home is in a great location on the northwest side of the island. Very short drive to great restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and well stocked with basic cooking implements. The pool was a great added perk but the snorkeling right off the property was definitely the highlight of our stay. The host was excellent to work with and provided a ton of helpful information about the area and property. He also made sure that we had contact for anything needed.

Lagoon-front Paradise in Moorea

We had a wonderful stay at this Villa situated right on the water of the Moorea lagoon. We snorkeled in the water right off the back of the house - although you do have to go out a ways to get to the clear water. Also made great use of the kayaks available for free use at the Villa. We spent many hours sitting on the backyard pool deck staring at the lagoon water and watching incredible sunrises and sunsets. Enjoyed the un-heated pool. The property is divided up into 3 building spaces. One bungalow with two bedrooms that share a bathroom and outdoor shower and outdoor bathtub. One bungalow that is a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Then another building that is the kitchen and living area. This kitchen/living area does not have air conditioning. There are many different fruit trees on the property and we were told we could enjoy any of the fruit that was ripe. During our stay we had several tasty grapefruit right off the grapefruit tree. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby but we also took advantage of the kitchen to prepare several of our own meals. This house is the perfect base of operations for accessing all the beauty an adventures of the island of Moorea and its surrounding lagoon. Overall we had a great stay. We look forward to returning here again in the future.

Unexpected relaxing beach front paradise

This beautiful Villa is a hidden gem! We wanted to try to find a beach front place during our 12 day stay and honestly, we weren’t sure about this place when we initially booked. We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty and layout of this Villa. It is incredibly spacious and can easily accommodate a larger group. It had just been renovated before our arrival and is beautiful, clean, and we felt spoiled. Everything is decorated tastefully and simply. The views are breathtaking from the living space, outdoor pool, lounge area, and master suite. The master suite and spa like bathroom were an unexpected gift and our Property Manager, Anais, had them both decorated with fresh tropical flowers and greenery. The air conditioning and fans were a welcomed comfort feature for cooling off at night. The property itself was beautiful with access to local tropical fruit trees and flowers as well as breathtaking aesthetic beauty. Nothing quite like lounging on the deck or pool staring at the ocean and feeling the light tropical breeze on your face. The property offers kayaks and paddle boards for getting on the water as well as an outdoor shower for cleaning up when you get back. Originally we wanted to stay in an overwater bungalow, but the prices are ridiculous. We booked here instead and enjoyed our 4 night stay for the price of what one night in an overwater bungalow would have cost. We easily could have stayed here longer, our time here was rejuvenating.

Amazing property

Villa Julietta is a wonderful property with a great pool, three large bedrooms and an outdoor eating area. The location is very convenient for some of the best snorkelling on the island. We can’t wait to come back!

Great but some Issues`

This property is accurately described in the listing. Very roomy, excellent clean pool, and ocean view and accessibility. Kitchen furnishing were complete. And it was a real treat to be able to pick fresh grapefruit and avocados in the yard! Now for the "issues": Air Conditioning in the bedrooms only could not maintain a comfortable temperature. The living room was in desperate need of ceiling fans to move the stagnate air and suppress the "no-seeum" invasion. The furniture was very worn and uncomfortable. Simple items such as bath and laundry soaps, ice trays, power adapters/usb outlets were not provided. There is a significant termite infestation in the master bedroom that left continuous debris on the floors and cabinets. As this was our first stay in French Polynesia, I suspect this is par for housing. Just seems that some minor improvements would have gone a long way in increasing our over all satisfaction.

Paradise on earth.

This place was beautifully laid out. Would be great for 3 couples as it has 3 king size beds plus a set of bunk beds, which would make great for family’s too! Was so quiet and beautiful. Our host was amazing with any needs we had, although we had few bc the property was well stocked. We would stay here again hands down!

Moorea Villa

The property was fantastic. The home is clean and well appointed. The water off the back of the property is great for snorkeling and kayaking. The host was responsive and attentive. You will need your own car or other transportation. I will plan to stay here again on my next trip to Moorea.

Stunning location

We loved our stay in Mo'orea. Our host met us at the house and gave us a great tour and after that was responsive and open to any questions. The house itself was great but the pool area and the ocean were the star of this property. We often woke up and took the kayaks out to the reef to snorkel, it was fabulous. On our last morning I snorkeled right from our beach and saw 4 sting rays (including one eagle ray), it was magical. The only suggestion I have is to add a ceiling fan or extra fans to the kitchen / living room (all bedrooms have air conditioning) but other than that, it was perfect! Highly recommend!

Villa in Paradise

What a lovely compound! This was a slice of paradise with a lovely pool and waterfront views. Just a lovely spot with two spacious bedroom suites and a third bedroom which would be great for kids. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Local stores are close by and had plenty of options for groceries. We found several great restaurants too. My husband and I were here traveling with my Dad who absolutely LOVED it. BONUS - great AC!
