“The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.”

“Spacious, clean, uncluttered upper unit. Everything (stove, shower, microwave, etc.) was simple to operate and worked well. Near BART, Rockridge, and a short bus to Cal campus. One hiccup in our four days. I texted Chris and he called immediately and walked me through steps to resolution. A plus.”

“Was a perfect place for my extended family to stay for a quick SF getaway. Comfortably fit all of us (9 adults, 1 teenager, 2 small kids). Very walkable neighborhood and hosts were so communicative about everything. Were worried about street parking since we had 2 cars up there (the garage was great!) but really was easy to find parking for the 2nd car. Would love to stay here again. ”

“On December 20, a tree fell and crushed the front of our motorhome. We needed another plan for our annual January 1 State of Our Union trip. We knew nothing about Martinez, except that John Muir had lived there. We found this place was available, lovely and had a nice fenced yard for our dog. Dustin was very responsive, answered all our questions and made our reservation, check in and stay simple. “It was convenient that there were two fast food places nearby. Also close to a decent breakfast cafe, Walmart, Ross,etc. All in all it was comfortable, clean and family friendly. The only thing odd was the placement of the toilet in the bathroom, but it didn’t have an effect on our stay or comfort. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the home as well.”
