“We really enjoyed our stay although we didn't meet the owners we spoke to them on the phone and they were very friendly and welcoming we could not get the channels on the tv to work but that was probably us. We would stay again if we were up in Preston.”

Me and my children caught bed bug bites that’s how dirty this place was we are all covered still. I didn’t agree with sharing a bathroom and shower with other customers. The bathroom was filthy! Stay well clear from these places, if you are staying in Blackpool go elsewhere!”

“We had a fantastic stay at Pelham Lodge, great room for four, the staff was super friendly and the museum in the basement was so fun - thank you for giving a tour even out of season! Pelham Lodge is perfectly located in Blackpool north, close to everything you need! We will for sure stay here again when going back! ”

“Whole stay was disgraceful. On arrival there was no record of the 2 rooms I had booked. After proving the booking through Expedia, the manager told us to cancel our Expedia booking to get things sorted. One room put in neighbouring hotel. Both rooms had a new price which took an original quote of £550 up to £850. The hotel was more akin to a construction site than a hotel as the owners claimed to have only taken over the hotel 2 months prior, were revamping the place and were 'opening' on the...
