“First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. “This property has it all. It has smart tvs, games and equipment in the garage, and a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were full of anything you could need for your stay. The view of the water was amazing and the home is located only blocks from local shopping and dining. My only improvement would be to specify to guests where to park. I was a bit confused but there is parking behind the garage by the trash cans. I wasn't sure but the neighbors were kind...

“The communication and check-in was a breeze. The view was an instant mental reset, especially at sunrise and sunset! Very safe and relaxing atmosphere. “This house was outstanding. It has all the amenities we were looking for (Large bedrooms, beautiful decor throughout, stainless steel appliances, front porch and a deck in the back) and this is just the beginning. The fence in backyard made my Boopy (My Shih Tzu) think he was in heaven because he could run around without being leashed. Also did I mention it was just short ride to the beach? All in all, we give this property 5 STARS. We will definitely come back again next year.”
