I found the pillows to be a little too low/soft, too high with 2 pillows, it was otherwise great. the carpet in the hallway could do with a re pull as it has bumps all over and could be a tripping hazard. This was not the case on other floors so they coud be updating the carpet. ”

“The location of the property is perfect and size of the room was great, but it really lacked beyond that especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. All of the plates, mugs and glasses were dirty, the phone was hanging off the wall, the walls scuffed with stains on the carpet, the bedroom window did not open and although having a washing machine in the room was a good addition there was no dryer and only a small old rusted clothes horse. I wasn't expecting it to be 5 stars, but surely...

“Our stay was fantastic! The accommodation was spacious, impeccably clean, well-fitted out and very comfortable. The pool facilities were great - the kids loved all of the outdoor activities. Check in/out was a breeze and communication was excellent. We will definitely stay again and we highly recommend it to families.”
