“We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. “Great location in central Charleston. Close to everything. Big, open room. Parkings available at several places around (for a fee). The only negative with the place is the steep narrow stairs. But that is on us due to heavy, big bags. Great spot.”

“This was the perfect landing spot for our long weekend in Charleston. Our host was always quickly responsive and helpful. Off street parking, pool, and AC were all fabulous. The neighborhood is filled with GREAT local coffee shops and restaurants, and downtown was a nice walk or very quick drive/Uber away. Highly recommend for folks looking for a clean, comfy, launchpad for a long weekend out and about exploring and enjoying Charleston.”

“This was a very cute historical space in a good price range and a great location for Charleston. We were able to walk to everything in the historic corner, many shelves and restaurants, museums, etc.. The kitchen house is in the back of a beautiful old home, historically it would have been the kitchen for the main house where servant quarters were above the kitchen.
