“Our son and Daughter in law were with in walking distance. And we could walk to restaurants. That was wonderful, just disappointed that it wasn't clear this was a second floor unit. My husband has visual impairment and this caused him some problems. The steps are on color and he had trouble distinguishing each step. Loved the area would have preferred lower unit.”

“Quaint, cozy, just right for an overnight stay. We were first time visitors to Charleston and we wanted something small and close to downtown. This place fit the bill! Super easy to get to, ultra quiet neighborhood. Checked ourselves in promptly at 4:00 pm per instructions and rested from all day walking. For a no worry night out, we had a ride-share from here to La Farfalle and back - just a fifteen minute ride for reservations at 5:30pm then back to the property by about 7:45pm. Host...

“Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. “Liked the quick walk to King Street. Kitchen was set up very nice. Laundry was right there and easy to throw a quick wash in. I didn't realize there was no dishwasher, but we out the majority of the time and didn't need it. The clawfoot bath tub was cool, but a little harder to get in an out if your older. Overall, great stay. Perfect for our small group.”

“I was shocked how lovely this rental was upon waking in. Took pictures and shared with friends and family. If pressed for feedback, however. perhaps the only issues were: 1) the curtains in the bedroom were nowhere near my blackout curtains I really need for high-quality sleep, esp upon sunrise. 2) loud bars nearby with karaoke but this ended by around 10p so not an issue, really.
