“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs.
The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

“Pros-clean, location, easy check in/out, updated.Cons-beds are very hard and uncomfortable, none of us slept well, could use more comfortable furniture, couch is very uncomfortable, kitchen is small. Noisy, could hear neighbors especially going up and down the stairs, no water pressure in shower”
