After we reserved the room they sent a notice that the pool was under construction. This was totally misleading as it’s a much bigger full lobby renovation. “Nice and helpful staff, the rooms are and bathrooms were clean, looked new and had enough space where to put my stuff. I really liked that there was no lack of towels in the bathroom. One of the drawbacks was that the rooms were not cleaned every day the days I stayed and that I could not turn on or off the heater or air conditioning since it is controlled by the property.”

“If I could have given this hotel 12 stars out of 5, I would have! I honestly doubt that the Ritz in Paris has more gracious staff.
