“Nous n'avons pas trouvé les prestations que nous attendions pour ce type de location : - Colonne de douche en mauvais état sur l'ensemble des salles de bains - Un seul réfrigérateur en mauvais état de fonctionnement - pas assez d'accessoires ménagers style : passoire, saladiers, balais, aspirateurs, etc. - l'ensemble des fenêtres et volets ne s'ouvraient pas et étaient fermés à clé - la chambre en rez de chaussée ne dispose pas de serrure et reste entrouverte en permanence - dans la cour côté...

“We enjoyed our stay very much. Nothing was missed for a top rest. Design and equipment of the finca are fantastic, the communication with Suzana was excellent and very helpful. For shopping to Binissalem or Inca short distances, to Palma or Alcudia also only approx. 30min. And a "feeling of freedom" is guaranteed due to the fact that there are no neigbours in clother distance (apart from brown hares :-)”

“The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa.”

“Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Finca Saran. Man muss wissen, dass die Finca tatsächlich ein wenig abgelegen liegt und die letzten Meter über Stock und Stein zu fahren sind. Man ist hier für sich aber auf ein Auto angewiesen. Llucmajor mit diversen Geschäften und Restaurants ist allerdings in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ort ist auch definitiv nicht mit Touristen überlaufen. Fanden wir sehr angenehm.Die Finca ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Mitte September war es angebracht die...

“Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. La maison est chaleureuse, simple avec tout ce que nous avons besoin. La vue de la maison est magnifique et très bien situé à environ 15 minutes de marche du centre de Soller. il est recommandé d’arriver avec une petite voiture car les routes sont étroites. Il y a une légère montée pour arriver jusqu’à la maison. Pour les personnes avec mobilité réduite, ça pourrait être difficile. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et réponds rapidement aux messages....
