“Struttura recentemente rinnovata completa di ogni comfort. Posizione tranquilla in campagna distante circa 20 minuti d'auto dalla spiaggia più vicina. Valido punto base per escursioni e gite sia sul mare che sui vicini monto abbruzzesi. Proprietario attento e cordiale e sempre disponibile. Spazio all'aperto molto fruibile con giardino dove abbiamo fatto scorazzare il nostro cagnolino...sicuramente da consigliare”

“We had a very nice stay in the house in June 2019. Our company consisted of 8 persons from age of 17 to 81. We all apreciated that the bedrooms had bathroom as in a hotel. We also liked the kitchen area with place for many persons to cook together. We loved the first floor terrace with the sunbeds in the shadow and the big dinner table - all with a stunning view. And the pool area was also very nice an clean. Close to the house, down the steep hill, to the right at the road is a farmer...

“Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Giacintas Anwesen ist wundervoll für eine ruhige Auszeit. Bzgl. der Umgebung empfehle ich, sich gut zu erkundigen. Die alten Stadtkerne sind in ihrer Mittelalteranmutung schön, aber sehr verlassen. Die Strände, die wir gesehen haben, sehr vom Hochtourismus geprägt. Muss man mögen. Landschaftlich von schön bis, naja, nicht so schön. Fazit - wer sich im Anwesen entspannen möchte, findet hier das Richtige. Unternehmungen sollten vorher gut geplant sein.”

“L’accoglienza da parte dei proprietari è stata fantastica e ci hanno viziato con le prelibatezze dell’orto del sig. Bruno ( uva fichi pomodorini basilico peperoni peperoncino prezzemolo ). Hanno accolto anche i nostri due cani di taglia media e anche se abitano al piano superiore, la privacy è assoluta.”
