Owners live onsite and are very responsive, helpful, friendly, and just plain nice! “The Peace & Plenty is in a great location, close to restaurants & shops. The view from our room was very nice, and the recently updated rooms were nice as well. Food was good! There were a few things that kept me from giving our stay more stars. The front desk staff was not very helpful. Staff could rarely answer the questions that we had about the island. “Grand Isle resort is a resort perfect for relaxation, but there is very few things to do on the island. Basically 3-4 days are more than enough to explore the island, go for excursion, visit Georgetown and take taxiboat over to chat N Chill.”
