The Space:

Welcome to The Arthouse at Mossy – where a South Coast escape comes with a little more personality.



Nestled beneath the tall trees of Mossy Point, this unique four-bedroom home combines art, colour, mid-century style and relaxed coastal living.



At the heart of The Arthouse is the large, sunny open-air deck, surrounded by greenery on three sides. Stretch out on the lounges, settle into a beanbag, enjoy a BBQ or relax with a drink while birdsong fills the trees.



Inside, the open living and dining area embraces the home's relaxed 1960s coastal style. Gather around the mid-century dining setting, unwind on the comfortable lounges or enjoy a movie on the 55-inch TV.



The generous kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and plenty of room for preparing holiday meals – complete with stools at the bench for those providing moral support to the chef over a glass of wine.



Four individually styled bedrooms continue the Arthouse theme:

• Pacific – Queen bed, cathedral ceilings and private ensuite

• River – Queen bed, art library and dedicated workspace

• Surfside – Queen bed – beachy feel

• Sunrise – 2 single beds – quirky fun

The main bathroom features funky statement tiling and a generous bathtub, with a second bathroom provided by the ensuite to the main bedroom.



For cosy winter weekends, settle in beside the modern combustion wood fire with a good bottle of red. In warmer weather, air-conditioning keeps the home comfortable after a day at the beach.

Mossy Point is one of the NSW South Coast's most beautiful little pockets – leafy, laid-back and surrounded by beaches, river and bushland.

Start your morning with breakfast at Mossy Café, wander down towards the Tomaga River, grab a coffee near the Boatshed and watch for the resident stingrays, or hire a kayak and explore the river.



Nearby Candlagan Creek is a beautiful spot for swimming and paddling, while Broulee Beach is only minutes away for surfing, swimming and long beach walks. You can also explore Broulee Island or finish the afternoon with a drink at Broulee Brewhouse.



Tomakin IGA is only a few minutes away for groceries and essentials.



Mogo and Moruya are also within easy driving distance, while Batemans Bay is close enough for shopping, restaurants and more of the region's attractions.

The Arthouse also makes a great base for day trips further along the South Coast – discover local oysters and produce, coastal villages, wineries, beaches and national parks.



Getting Around:

Mossy Point is lovely to explore on foot or by bike, particularly around the river, café and nearby waterways.

A car is recommended for exploring Broulee, Tomakin, Mogo, Moruya, Batemans Bay and the wider Eurobodalla region.

There is plenty of parking available on the property.
