Hotell nära Mother Shipton's Cave

“Very disappointed with the volume of dogs in the property. No designated areas in restaurant and one particular dog was allowed to sit on the bench seating unchallenged by staff , very poor management intervention! All bedrooms apparently “dog friendly!” Was not a nice experience and will not be returning. Finally, where was the pool and spa facilities ? Certainly not in the hotel!”

“Room was lovely, but the mattress was obviously old as it sagged in the middle. The hotel is right on a main road so a lot of noise and music playing till very late in the evening. It’s ok for an overnight stay but wouldn’t recommend longer”

“Everything was good at Crowne Plaza Harrogate, the only small thing would be the water pressure from the shower wasn't very good. I was on the 11th Floor. If this had been better, it would have been 5 stars.”

“Nice hotel with beautiful garden and breakfast area. The staff are amazing but not very cheerful. Especially at breakfast and check in. ”

“Detta var under tiden för "lockdown" så det fanns givetvis ingen service. Endast nyckelutdelning. Läget superbra med endast några minuter till centrum. Lugn och tyst gata.”

“The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that left a mark was the bed, it was quite uncomfortable because it was not a double bed but one that was made up for two out of a single and what seemed to be a sort of pull out bed. That was the only minor thing during what was otherwise a lovely stay!! We did highlight to staff and hopefully they will upgrade the bed. Thank you to the staff who were brilliant !!!”
