“As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. “Wir waren vom 11-17.08.24 in Lagune (bei Sasso Marconi). Die Übergabe war kurz und Problemlos. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht. Das Haus ist Perfekt für 6-8 Personen. Schöne Schlafzimmer, große Küche. Saubere Bäder. ”

“The house was exactly as described and just what we wanted. We were four families with altogether 9 children and it never felt crowded. The outdoor seating area is amazing and we enjoyed all dinners there. The pool is perfect and since it's a salt water one, you can stay all day getting that chlorine feeling afterwords. We will definitely come back at a later day to enjoy this again.”

“We had 11 people for a wonderful week stay at La casa di Daniela. There was amble room for everyone, with a wonderful outside area to dine and an addtional area to sit and chat. The grounds were lovely. The pool looked enticing but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we never were unable to take advantage of the pool.We hired a chief, suggested by our host for the first night, who was great. All of the accommodations at this property lived up to my expectations and were as nice as any high end hotel. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“Sehr schön eingerichtetes, großzügiges Haus mit tollen alten Möbeln. Alles, was man braucht, ist da. Die Landschaft ist ebenfalls sehr schön, vom Pool hat man einen tollen Blick. Salsomaggiore ist ein hübsches Städtchen. Einziges Manko ist der unbefestigte Weg zum Haus, den man aber mit etwas Übung bewältigen kann.”

“We enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. It has been tastefully renovated; everything is in its place and is of excellent quality. We enjoyed the kitchen/sitting area setup - especially the variety of snacks and tea and coffee. Having a washing machine is a bonus. Just be aware that your clothes must air dry. Communication with the property manager was exceptional and we felt well looked after during our stay. ”

Mysigt och nostalgiskt hotell

"Hela hotellet och inredningen osade 90-tal. Dock var det väldigt mysigt och personalen var supertrevliga. God frukost med allt man kan önska. Precis så som man tänker sig ett hotell."

"Very nice stay. Plus for the new gym, the outdoor courtyard where we sat in the evening, laundromat (free of charge), extremely comfortable beds with duvet covers (not very common otherwise in Italy), vibrant energy, pleasant and service minded staff, lots of room to socialize or work. In our room there was a partition between the single beds that I hadn’t seen in the pictures beforehand but it was OK for a short stay. One of the bed lamps was broken when we arrived but it was promptly fixed the next morning. Extra pillows delivered within minutes on request. Close to central station and airport train. Sustainability including waste sorting stations. "
