"This accommodation is a private room adjacent to the owner’s home. The location is excellent for exploring Raiatea and joining local tours. A good small grocery store is just steps away, and a large Carrefour in town is within biking distance. The room is comfortable, and the bathroom feels new, clean, and fresh. Outside, there is a seating area with chairs, a table, and patio umbrellas, offering views of the lush green mountains. A few friendly and adorable dogs stop by from time to time, adding to the friendly atmosphere. Bikes are available and suitable for short trips. The outdoor kitchen is shared with the other guest room and offers plenty of refrigerator space. While functional, the kitchen could be a bit cleaner and some utensils would benefit from an upgrade. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations and is likely one of the best budget-friendly options close to town (Uturoa)."
