“We had a wonderful stay at Grandma’s with our two little boys and dog. It was clean, cozy and a perfect location for our weekend ice fishing trip! We enjoyed walking the rail trail, watching ducks by the dock, passing snowmobiles, and playing puzzles/games. Highly recommend for a family getaway. We would definitely stay again.”

“Easy access to the lake. 15 minute walk to a much bigger "beach" area. Full kitchen well stocked with necessities. Keurig for fresh coffee was a bonus. Didn't use the hot ton because it was raining. Fire pit was a hit. Plenty of backyard space for the dog, not fenced in. Great stay with easy to use A/C and heating unit.”

“The two bedroom cottage I stayed in at Cottage Place during a relocation was really nice. It was very quiet, comfortable, and had everything you could want for a relaxing and memorable stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location right next to Squam Lake was terrific. I look forward to staying there again in the Fall.”

“This cabin was exactly what we were looking for so we could enjoy a fun race weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway! Being just minutes from the track made it easy to attend all the events while still having a personal and quiet place to stay at the end of a long day. It is clean and in a beautiful, quaint neighborhood with a sliver of a view of Shellcamp Pond which is just a short walk away. We cannot recommend this property enough for anyone who is attending races at NHMS, events in Concord...

“The photos do not accurately convey how small this cottage was. There is a porch maybe 4 feet deep and 20 feet wide that is unheated and also contains the kitchen. Pass through a sticky door and you're in the bedroom which has maybe 30" of space on either side of a queen bed. There's a sketchy looking ladder to a loft space that a toddler couldn't stand up in. The entire building isn't level. The bed frame was failing to the point that it felt like a sneeze in the middle of the night would...

“Had a great little getaway at the cottage. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen area was well stocked with plenty of dishes, plates, etc. The bathroom was very clean and had the best water pressure in the shower. I plan to go back in the summer.”
