Mayberry River Retreat is a completely rebuilt, modern riverfront A-frame designed for one household or a small group to enjoy meaningful time together. Everything in the home is brand new—from windows and finishes to furniture and fixtures—creating a calm, comfortable space that feels intentional and easy to settle into.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home offers a rich, experience-filled stay without excess space, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups who value quality, design, and togetherness.

The main living area is open, light-filled, and centered around connection.

o Two sets of Twin XL bunks (adult-capable)
o Two desks that double as getting-ready stations

All outdoor amenities are thoughtfully contained within the fully fenced backyard, creating a relaxed, contained experience.

• Large deck with outdoor dining
• Hot tub for evening relaxation and stargazing
• Covered outdoor area with ping pong table
• Custom wooden playset with porch swing (enjoyed by kids and adults alike)
• Fire pit area for gathering in the evenings

River Access
• Concrete walking path just over 400 feet from the yard to the river
• Path includes a fairly steep decline and a steady uphill walk back
• Best suited for guests comfortable with moderate physical activity

At the river, guests can:
• Wade or fish
• Relax in provided chairs
• Enjoy the calming sounds and views of the water

House Rules
🕙 Quiet Hours: 10 PM–8 AM – This is not a party house.
🐶 Dog-Friendly: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs with prior approval and $200 refundable deposit. No cats or other animals allowed.
📶 Wi-Fi is strong but cell service may be limited in some areas.
🔥 Firewood not provided – please bring your own for the fire pit.
🧾 Rental Agreement Required within 24 hrs of booking.
⚠️ River access is via a steep 400' concrete walking path. May not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. Riverbed can be slippery – water shoes recommended.
📅 Max occupancy (up to 6 adults / 8 total including children) includes all daytime and overnight guests.
🚭 No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
