Brand New Cabin 400 'från Zion National Park, i Zion Ponderosa Ranch & Resort!

Gå in i parken från din dörr! Vacker helt ny stuga på gränsen till Zion National Park ger dig möjlighet att komma åt East Rim Trail, Observation Point, och anslutande spår till fots. Fem minuters promenad till Sion spår 15 minuters bilresa till Zion Park East Entrance.

Öppen planlösning med 2 sovrum, loft och 2. 5 bad; fullt utrustat kök (ta med egen mat ;-). Drottning säng i master svit, queen size-säng i sovrummet, 2 enkelsängar, 1 våningssäng och tvilling futon på loftet; sover 9. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare, gaspis, höghastighetsinternet, blu-ray-skivsamling med två blu-ray-spelare; 5. 1 hemmabiosystem och två plattskärms-TV. Sittplatser i stort rum och på övervåningen. Wrap-around, 600 kvm täckt däck med utsikt över solnedgången. Gasgrill, gaspanna och uteservering kan du koppla av och titta på stjärnorna komma ut med middag och ett glas vin.

Beläget i Zion Ponderosa Ranch & Resort (Named Top 6 Adventure Resort i nationen) med tillgång till bekvämligheter som pool och bubbelpool, minigolf, ATV-turer, bungee trampolin, paintball, minigolf, ridning, bergsklättring vägg, basketplan, tennisbana, zip line och guidade turer; alla en lätt 5 minuters bilresa från din ytterdörr! SÄRSKILDA ANMÄRKNING: Vår grusväg är inte plöjd. Under lågsäsong (mitten av november - mitten av mars) kan det vara svårt eller omöjligt att navigera beroende på snöfall, även med 4WD och högt fordon. När snön smälter, skapas också mycket haltig lera. Det är viktigt att vara medveten om väderleksförhållanden när man planerar för denna årstid! Eftersom väderförhållanden ibland är oförutsägbara, tillåter vi avbokningar / återbetalningar fram till dagen för din resa under säsongen på grund av väderförhållandena.

Absolutely Perfect for a Peaceful Family Vacation!

This vacation home is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with no shortage of outdoor activities! We spent a day exploring Zion National park and another day hiking the amazing trails close by. We were given so much wonderful information from our hosts and it was amazing! I cannot say enough about this wonderful home and the owners!

Wonderful stay!

We had the best time staying at Tim's property! Loved the seclusion and the beauty! Spending our evenings on the porch was so nice and when it's clear out, the stars are amazing! The house was super clean and has every amenity you can think of. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Just a few small things

Cabin was just as described. Very clean.I would only cite a few things.There was not a box of tissues in the entire house.There is not a comfy couch for everyone to watch DVDS or TV.The road is dirt and when it rains it is so muddy.Definitely, we could not have made it in and out without 4 wheel drive.

Amazing family secluded cabin!

If you are looking for a secluded family getaway cabin this is the place for you! The cabin is tucked away in the wilderness, but yet close enough to Zion National Park. The home was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The owners were great with communications before and during our stay. The cabin has every amenity that you can imagine. We will definitely rent this cabin again when we return to Zion!

Beautiful house on the East side of Zion

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful home! It was clean, very well maintained and well stocked. Tim & Jenn are great hosts, easy to communicate with and thoughtful. The house is a little bit of drive to get into the main portion of Zion so plan accordingly(!) but the house setting is quiet and very peaceful.

Beautiful and Peaceful Retreat

Our family of four had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin. The cabin is a short drive to Zion's Observation Point trail, which is a 7 mile hike to some of the most breathtaking views overlooking the canyon. It's a 45 minute drive to the visitor center and the views driving there are just as amazing. Throughout the entire process Tim and Jenn were gracious hosts. You cannot go wrong booking this!

Wonderful hosts!

Tim and Jenn were amazing hosts! They were so responsive to all our questions. Their home had every amenity you could ask for. We loved the wrap around porch to enjoy the solitude and beauty. We loved being able to hike directly from the house - and what gorgeous hikes they were!

Amazing spot!

This was a perfect getaway. Tim and Jenn are wonderfully helpful and attentive. They gave us some great advice. The cabin itself is fantastic. Very comfortable and has all you need. The area is beautiful of course and the cabin is not surrounded by many other homes, so you have privacy. Overall, can't recommend this enough. It was a great place.

Great spot

Clean and modern with everything you need. This is a great location if you're doing Zion, Bryce and Antelope Valley. All doable day trips with this cabin as home base. The amenities at the ranch are great for families, and we had a ton of fun there. Just know it's a bit of a drive from ranch HQ to the cabin. Great if you want the peace-n-quiet, but some shuttling required.

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing stay and this property made us feel right at home. Location was great and was central to all the different parks we visited. After a long day of hiking we were able to come back and enjoy the pool on the property for a small fee. It was a great way to end each day. If we are ever back in the area we would choose to say here again. In the words of my son 10 out of 10.

Perfect Getaway Location

We loved our stay! The home is beautiful and perfect for a family. The owners were great communicators and went above and beyond to keep up informed on local park changes due to COVID. (We purchased our shuttle tickets the day they went on sale.) We wanted to turn off the outside lights for stargazing and they responded immediately.

Quiet and remote, easy access to eastern trailheads

We stayed over Easter week for a few days in Zion. Its location places it near two eastern Zion trailheads which can give you views of the East rim- with almost no people. We walked these from the cabin for some long hikes. Those not wanting to hike relaxed with movies, board games and books, just relaxed. The cabin is clean, cooking supplies great, and would definitely rent again.

Perfect experience

Tim and Jenn were superb in their communication and follow through. The property was spotless, beautifully situated and amazingly organized. I have not had such a great experience with other properties I have rented. This property is ideal for visiting Zion National Park and surrounding areas. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
