“Such a cute house! Very clean and dog friendly. Very close to downtown Southwest Harbor (very convenient if you’re considering the MDI marathon in the future) and not a far drive to Bar Harbor if you’re interested in that! I had some technical issues with the Vrbo app so had to reach the host via phone. She was extremely responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay in a fun place. It was also very central to everything we did in and around Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.The house was clean and we'll maintained for its age. We didn't realize that the room with three beds was also the theater, but it still worked out.The kitchen was a little funky with two small refrigerators instead of one larger one. And the dishwasher was on the opposite side of the kitchen from the sink. But it was clean and everything worked.The owners were...

“We were delighted to find this large waterfront cottage near Acadia last minute. It was everything we could have hoped for: the entire property was immaculate, the house is spacious and has very comfortable beds, a lovely living room and dining room with large windows and sliding glass door out to a deck overlooking the harbor. Nick, the host, was responsive and friendly. An added bonus was that we could launch our kayak from the dock and our dog was welcome. We'd love to go back next year.”

“The home was nice and cozy. It met all our needs, had a well stocked kitchen, linens and laundry. The rooms and bedding were setup nice and clean. Each room has a portable AC so we had to turn that on once we arrived to let the place cool down and air circulate. The location was about 25 minutes drive from Bar Harbor and usually 20-25 minutes away from our daily activities, but it worked out for us just fine.”

“Spacious house. Quiet area. The house is cute. We saw wildlife in the back yard. The kitchen pans and the silverware need an upgrade. There were many ac units which was very appreciated. There was a strong smell in the basement bedrooms. We did love our stay.”

“The property was wonderful. We had a campfire…so much fun. The house was well equipped and Michelle got back to me when I had questions. The jetted tub was a huge hit with my grandkids. We knew ahead of time that the pool was set at 82 degrees. My family would have used it more if the water was warmer. We would have been willing to pay more for a warmer pool. “Lovely, fresh, and cozy place. Loved the hot tub, the deck was beautiful and I wish we had time to use the nice fire pit surrounded by the trees. Beds were comfortable and showers great. The TV is quite high and due to space the couches are not set back enough. I’m not sure with the space if you could improve it much. We got used to it. It was a great place to unwind after exploring the park and the lighthouse and seawall are just around the corner.”
