Hi Sandy, As I expressed this morning I am extremely sorry that you had to experience this at our property. It's unfortunate that your neighbour's did not have any consideration for other motels guests, even after they were advised of noise complaints.I feel like the 1 star review is a little unfair as it does not reflect our property, but more so your experience with others.
