“We enjoyed the vicinity to the Belmont square. The house was small, comfortable and had all necessary items for a long stay.”

“Great location, especially to downtown Belmont and uptown.”

“We visited the property for a family vacation. Check in was smooth and the property was quiet, clean and well-equipped. There was one small hiccup along the way. I chalk it up to the time of year, but there were some ants concentrated in the kitchen. I messaged the host and he sent additional bait traps and ensured that pest control came out the next day. I was pleased with the prompt response and the rest of the trip went off without a hitch.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and just what we needed for a busy weekend. Delightful, would stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality.”

“We had a great stay! It was in a good location, perfect for us to get downtown quickly. Ivan was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and kind. A few recommendations we would make is to add some more seating in the family room with some type of lamp lighting, and a refresh of the kitchen tools so families that want to cook have pots, pans, mixing bowls, cutlery, cookie sheets, etc. Overall it was a great fit for us for our weekend in Charlotte! Thank you!”
