Within a half-hour’s drive, we were able to explore the northern and central regions of the National Park. The owner was incredibly responsive to our questions and provided quick answers. It's a bit off the beaten path (which is what we were looking for) - we all enjoyed the canoes/kayak, my boys brought their fishing stuff, and we all loved the porch and firepit. The house was very well stocked, making it easy to prepare a few meals in the kitchen/on the grill! I loved that there was a washer/dryer and all the details were thought of... from bathroom supplies, to games/books, and everything we needed to...

“Beautiful setting, great hosts, clean house that felt bright and airy. We had a large rain just prior to our stay that caused the River to rise above the bridge. Host reached out right away and kept us informed frequently of status and progress. Bridge was passable just hours prior to our arrival but we had no issues thanks to her great communication. Highly recommend!”

“A train came past the house at 7am in the morning. There is no mention of early morning train activity in the description. The mattresses were extremely soft and the blankets were very thin…so we were chilly. The house is beautiful…just these details are something to consider.”

“I see why every review says exceptional. This property is amazing. The view and the setup to take it in from the deck and the house is incredible. Loved the hot tub setup as it makes it super easy to get in and out. The place was super clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. Definitely a place we would love to go back to!”
