“The check in process is a nightmare. I would never return to this resort. We didn’t receive our room until 6pm. This was unacceptable!! The room we selected wasn’t the room we received. The room was switched three times. However, I loved the on sight staff.”

“The staff were pleasant and friendly. The resort on the other side of the island gave much into tranquility and peace. If you are someone that loves going in the water of a Caribbean beach, utilize the shuttle that takes you to the other side of the island, but unfortunately the beach at the resort isn’t ideal. Good vacation, to make it great I wish the management consulted with the locals for food and Fruits (seemed very Americanized). I was excited to read the website indicating the resort...

“The place was beautiful how ever the service was poor what made it worse was the place had minimal people actually in the resort and 20-30 minutes to get a drink at the pool was absolutely unacceptable”

“Just not that this is an escape.from everyday life. There aren't any major restaurants, supermarkets or other commodities near by so walk with any snacks you may like, but the freedom of being in nature, eating local fruits on the property, being able to hear yourself think without distraction was well worth it.”

“Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. Meanwhile, my driver thankfully, carried all 3 bags up the stairs in the time she’d managed to call a colleague. “Ok hotel Poor breakfast selection and the fruit was not even ripe. Dress code for dinner too formal for the type of restaurant it is. Extremely loud music 2 nights till past midnight from the other side of the road”

“We loved our stay at Laluna. The only thing I would say is, we chose this particular resort in part because each room had a private plunge pool. We unfortunately only used ours once, and because we felt that we should. It's located in the front of your room, right along the walking path that others take. We wished it were more private and inviting. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good, and I can't recommend the spa again. We ended up going back a second time for another...
