âLove everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We werenât able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

Friendly staff and clean room. Suitable for nature lovers, went up nature trail to view sunrise. The kids get to feed the fish, ducks & chickens bring fishing rods for catching fish in the pond in front of the chalet.â

âOnly 1 key available. For a property advertising for up to 10 people, very awkward. On 29th floor. Need key card to use lift. So difficult. 6 of us we always needed a plan to arrange who had key, as we were out doing different things.
Key box was broken so couldnt leave key there.

âWe arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard before we could park and check in. After 3 different conversations with the guard and another hotel receptionist from a nearby hotel, we were eventually directed to a completely different hotel reception down the hill 5 mins drive away, where we were told that we need to use an app to check in, despite us having driven to a different location! This then took a long time to do, the instructions to collect keys were slow to arrive...

"Rummet var bekvÀmt med twin beds. Kuddarna för stora och Àr inte skönt. Det fattas besticken och tallrikar som Àr bra att finnas, behöver kanske tvÄ par av varje. Vi lyckades pricka in dagarna dÀr asiens stora konferens hölls samt andra tillstÀllningar vilket gjorde att sÀkerheten var förhöjd och man mÀrkte att personalens fokus lÄg pÄ det. Hade uppskattat information om detta i förvÀg eller Ätminstonde vid check in.
Kontaktlös bestÀllning vid poolen funkade mindre bra och nÄgon dag vÀntade vi 25 minuter för tvÄ drickor. "

"Ett hotell med kÀnsla av lyx. Fin pool pÄ taket. Fantastisk frukost. Vi blev uppgraderade och hade ett rum med stora fönster med utsikt över staden. PÄ kvÀllen var personal in i rummet och drog för gardinerna, tÀnde ljus, bÀddade upp sÀngen, tog fram kvÀllstofflorna och stÀllde ett glas och en vattenflaska pÄ respektive nattduksbord. SÄdan service! NÀr vi kom tillbaka var det bara att krypa i sÀng. Sköna sÀngar och bra kuddar! "
