“Delightful. Most comfortable bed in the world. I wouldn't recommend for people who have trouble with stairs. For those who do stairs, there is an excellent handrail. Very clean and aesthetically interesting. Very nice proprietors. Would definitely stay here again. Great part of town to explore. ”

“We had a very pleasant stay in Kingston. This guest house has great location less than mile from the historic district. It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It might have been my error, but I did not realize that the bathroom was on the first floor and the bedroom was on the second floor. We are seniors who occasionally get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, so having to go down the stairs was inconvenient.”

“My GF and I usually stay closer to Tannersville but wanted to check out this area. This place was perfect. Room was cozy and the mini living room addition to room with a pullout couch made if feel more spacious. Bed was super comfortable and had antique feel of the furniture and house. the self serve (honor system) bar and array of board games made for a nice relaxing night in by the gas fire place. The coffee and grab and go fruit/snacks, muffins was timely and perfect for starting out our day....

“We came here with our dog to celebrate our 10 year anniversary as a couple and left as fiancés! The Woodstock area is near and dear to our hearts and this rental will be our new go to spot. The location is perfect and even in the winter time, the view is stunning! We felt like we were staying in a glamorous tree house. “This hotel was the most unique place we’ve ever stayed. It was a marvel in many ways, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience with only a few minor flaws: rain shower didn’t work, the grounds where the hot tub is located could be landscaped to provide a beautiful and serene resting spot and there could be more of a staff presence to report ”

“The cottage was clean and bright. The location was convenient to many interesting towns and attractions and was in a safe and quiet area. The bonus was the sauna that was also very clean and enjoyed by both of us. This was not a 5 star hotel but a perfect place for us to celebrate our 40th Anniversary without the disturbances typically associated with a hotel. THANK YOU!!”

“Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business.”

“It rained on the one full day we had at the chalet, so spent a lot more time inside than we had planned. It was comfortable and inviting to spend time there. The kitchen was well arranged and well appointed. So it was easy to get some food and cook a nice meal. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were exceptionally nice. We very much enjoyed our visit.”
