“If you want a no frills stay in St. Thomas, then Windward Passage is the place to stay. It's basic and bare bone amenities does not include a microwave in the room. The room is clean but need to be updated. The restaurant was not available during our stay. The best part of the hotel is the location. It is accessible to the main street shopping, a small grocery store, banks and waterfront. It was easy and quick to get to the airport. The staff was friendly.”

“Ac didn’t work in first room they accommodated and moved me to another room only issue was it was Saturday night and it was above their restaurant and bar and the music was so loud it shook your floor and you had to liste in to it until 12 pm.
