“Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! ”

“The place was absolutely wonderful. It being as hot as it was outside, the house has great ac. The beds both extra rooms and master was awesome. Didn't get an opportunity to use the fire pit but it was beautiful. Can't wait for next year's stay. ”

“We loved the home it was well stocked with all the essentials you need. It was in such a lovely neighborhood with walking trails all over. The house had very comfy beds and linens in all the bedrooms. So many things to do and places to eat close by. We will definitely stay again if we come back. ”

“The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but nothing was a deal...
