“施設全体がとても清潔であり、タオルや歯ブラシ等のアメニティもホテルと同じように提供されるためとても快適に過ごすことができました。 また、キッチン設備や食器類も備え付けのものが豊富にあり、滞在中は自炊を楽しむことができました。”

“The best service you can ever imagine. On arrival Hiro-san greeted us and showed us our room in person. He then helped us with absolutaly everything we asked for. He also spoke very good english wich was to good help when we had questions. The room was really nice. We had a two floor house which had an awesome japanese style. It was nice and clean and you could choose to sleep on either regular beds or traditional futons. Beside our apartmant we also had acces to the hotels own onsen (hot...

“Stayed two nights and wish we’d booked a third. The room looked straight out onto Lake Kawaguchi, the staff were genuinely kind without being fussy, and the onsen was exactly what we needed after a long travel day. Dinner was excellent, lots of small seasonal dishes done properly, and breakfast held up just as well. Mt. Fuji even showed up on cue. Easy recommend.”

“The house is close to Kawaguchiko station and other tourist spots which we really love. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Our stay were comfortable. My suggestion is just to add more stocks of Nespresso cup refills per day or of stay and also to add mirrors on the bedrooms. Overall, I would highly recommend it.”

“Jättefint hotell”

“Fantastisk upplevelse med traditionellt japanskt rum och egen privat Onsen. Personalen var otrolig och vi blev uppplockade från tågstationen. Traditionella japanska frukosten var helt underbar och behöver upplevas. Skulle absolut bo igen!!”

“Super relaxing stay for 4 of us. Nice hot tub on the patio with a selection of included bath salts and face masks. Included a nice selection of wines and other drinks. They brought an awesome full steak dinner for us to bbq on a beautiful glass patio. Also brought a nice complete breakfast with juices coffee tea. Overall one of our best memories of Japan!”

“Clean rooms, house had a full kitchen of appliances, pots/pans, knives and spoon/fork. Was able to pick up some nice wagyu from the local supermarket and cook some meals! They also had a nice wet room/bathroom connected to the laundry room. Plenty of hot water to go around. The neighborhood was beautiful and not as far as a walk from the station.”

“Great stay for us, a couple with 7m old. Convenient with the shuttle bus. We used the onsen daily and the breakfast was great. Also our first time sleeping on tatami mats. Thanks!”
