“I live in Phoenix & currently working in Tucson. I'm absolutely in love with this rental and can't stop booking. Beautiful space, always clean, comfy bed, dog friendly, gated parking & beautiful location. The neighborhood is quiet. The owners are very responsive. 10/10”

“Property is as advertised. AC worked well, both bedrooms had ceiling fans & cutains. You have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the second bedroom & the back patio but that wasn't a problem for us. Manager always responded quickly, property is within 5 minute strolling distance of UA campus. Dedicated parking in gravel driveway. Really nice washer dryer stack. Bring your own detergent. Lots of sunlight. No outlets by the two desks, so recommend you or owner purchase a long power strip...

“We had such a wonderful stay at this casita! After living in Arizona for 11 years and recently moving to Georgia, this trip gave us the chance to rediscover Tucson. The location was perfect—we enjoyed the Gaslight Theatre, Roadies, several beautiful hikes, runs, shopping, amazing local coffee shops and restaurants, and everything was just a short drive away. The casita was incredibly clean, spacious, and well supplied with everything my two boys and I needed. We loved being able to cook meals,...

“This home was incredible, nice pool, pool table, plenty of space. the owners are very attentive to renters, plenty of towels, fans, air mattresses, anything you could possibly need. Brand new bedding. Couldn't ask for a better host or house. 20/10”

“We fell in love with everything about this property. It is one of the cleanest properties at which we've stayed. The kitchen is well equipped, the decore inviting, and it is well maintained, with a responsive host. Loved the back yard, which is pet friendly and well landscaped. The location could not have been better. It's in a quiet tneighborhood and centrally located. We would certainly stay there again.”

“The house has such charm and truly feels like being home. The host communication was excellent.Everything was so neat and organized. The decor and art was charming.”

“This is a great house super close to U of A. Lots of space, well stocked and a little funky! I highly recommend giving it a stay. Thanks again!”

“You know how sometimes when you are searching for locations, you wonder about the accuracy of the photos? Not these pictures! I thought that a 1 bedroom, 1 bath couldn't possibly have wide open spaces, as the picture shows. But these pictures were accurate. We had plenty of room for 2 adults. We could have added a third, but the couch is not a sofa bed and sleeping would have been interesting. The host was easy to work with and responded quickly to any concerns.Rocking K is a nice...
