“Very clean rooms but the general planning not functional. No AC, to work the faan you needed to unplug the TV-screen. When taking a shower the entire bathroom floor is flooded. Cabinets for clothing can not be opened because the dofa is in its eay. Etc. Rooftop bar is not constructed yet. The poolarea is not very nice; no towels, shades etc. Breakfast is served next to receptionen and ordered at the bar. Nice omelette, fresh fruit and juice. Coffee is NOT included (!) and is paid extra. A...

“Beautiful ”

“We had a wonderful night out of Kigali. Enjoyed the sounds of the birds, the view, the clean, comfortable room, the delicious 5-course dinner in a beautiful charming lodge. Had the best breakfast I have ever had with homemade yoghurt, cakes, jam, fruit salad, cereals, eggs, etc. Played ping-pong, baby foot, other games while waiting for the rain to pass. Nice little walking paths in nature all around. We are definitely planning on coming back!”

“My stay was ok, the only problem was that when it rains the water from the shower is extremely cold. However the personal service served me hot water in a basin. Breakfast often came late; not the agreed time. If you have plans to do within a certain range of time then it could be inconviniencing. The sorrounding is great, the workers are friendly, the hotel Management helps even when you fail to get the direction back to the hotel after your trips”
