“The hotel was overpriced for the conditions, there was no hot water to have a shower, it was noisy as hell at night, the walls were paper thin, I could even hear the people next door using the toilet!”

“Very disappointing experience. We booked this hotel through Expedia and specifically paid extra for a room with breakfast included. However, when we went for breakfast, the staff informed us that no breakfast was included in our reservation, despite having paid for it. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which made the stay even more frustrating. We expected much better service and coordination between the hotel and booking platforms.
