"Nice staff, especially the very helpful man at the breakfast. Clean hotel and easy parking in the garage just under the reception. The private parking was extra nice considering the chaotic streets of Napels. We used room service a few times and it worked very well. Our room seemed to have some problem with the heating system as it was constantly 26 °C and we were not able to figure out how to change the termostat. The staff didn't seem to be able to change it either, but we solved it by just opening the balcony doors. Also, when we arrived at the room, the fridge was not pre-cooled which would have been nice after a long day of travel. However, the hotel had a nice bar and restaurant so this was a minor problem. The restaurant was nice, with good food and a very nice wine collection of great Italian red wines. Our room had a great view of the ocean and we could watch the sunset from a sofa by the window. We also had a jacuzzi by the window that we used a couple of times and it worked great. Overall, this is a very nice and clean hotel that can really be recommended."

"Inte ett fyrstjärnigt hotell, en trea. Daterat och slitet, hissarna fungerade dåligt. Betala extra för slitet gym, vilket inte framgick vid bokning. Borde ingå när det är så pass dyrt (nyår). Stort och ocharmigt, mer av konferenshotell. Bra logistikmässigt dock och fin utsikt mot havet."

"Ett väldigt bra hotell MEN använder starkt parfymerad doftspray för att skapa intryck av att det är fräscht. Framkallar luftrörsbesvär. Och hur miljövänligt är det.??"
