But it is not plumbed so no ice/cold water and no ice cube trays provided. There are cutlery and dishes provided but you must wash them in the bathroom sink. “Place fairly clean and looks as advertised. Reasonably priced. Key items missing: beeping C02 detector, had problems getting hold of owner. Bought my own batteries for it, also missing paper towels, bought my own too. Things we don't think about much but are important Some light switches not working but lamps provide enough light.”

“Very nice place, easy walk to green lake and link station. Host super nice and responsive. Easy parking and quiet street. The bed was very wobbly and made a lot of noise, I believe it could be foxy by tightening the screws. The bathroom rug should be washed or replaced. I would recommend staying there.”

“The property was quiet and comfy. It was right on several bus & rail lines. There is a convenience store right next door that is well stocked but has limited hours. We used the bus lines to get around as we are not very mobile. The property is close to the top of the hill so walking is mostly a vertical challenge.
