“This hotel does not meet my expectations for a Sheraton property. It may be time for Sheraton HQ to either improve it or remove the Sheraton sign here. The bathroom was incredibly dirty, likely not cleaned properly for months or even years. While the staff is friendly, they are extremely disorganized and forget things all the time. If you decide to stay at this hotel, keep your expectations in check.”

“The resort is nicely located by the sea with nice garden . Pool and pool deck also good. The room was spacious, but a bit dated with some minor issues such as loose toilet seat. The main drawback is that the beach is not swimmable. There is a bay which looks inviting, but the bottom is not sandy, but made up of slippery and soggy mud. Staff was friendly and helpful as always on Samoa. All in all, not really value for the money charged.”

“Hotellet var fräscht och personalen trevlig och serviceminded. Hotellets beskrivning vid bokningen angav att hotellet ligger nära en strand. Det fanns dock inte någon möjlighet till havsbad i hotellets närhet.”

“Good menu and delicious seafood. Restaurant was wonderfully airy and great pool”

“Very relaxing and peaceful. The staff are friendly and helpful.”

“The host was so welcoming and approachable. He was amazing he welcome use with ilopen arms. We will definitely stay there again. ”

“Amazing! Luna is such a great person! ”

“Stayed with my husband and 9 month old baby. It’s family-friendly, budget-friendly and the customer service is excellent. Breakfast was healthy, delicious and well portioned. The shared kitchen facilities upstairs and downstairs was much appreciated as I love to cook. Also being near the hospital was good as the calibre of other guests were in the healthcare profession and that too, adds to the family-friendliness and safety for occupants. Owners Soteria and Winston were helpful with all guests....

“The location is the key, as everything in Apia you probably need is within walking distance. If not, the desk staff is helpful and friendly, and can call a taxi for you. I enjoyed the breakfast, a lot of choices. My stay was a brief and rushed two nights, but the hotel location and staff was an important part to maximing my experience in Samoa.”

“Allt var i hög klass. Men... Som vanligt så tappar man den där "själen", i brist på bättre ord. Missförstå mig inte. Personal och allt var i topp. Men när det är stora hotell, man tappar ibland personligheten i hotellet. Det blir tyvärr ett annat i raden av bra hotell. ”

“Klassiskt hotell som dock inte riktigt lever upp till sin prisnivå. Sköna sängar och helt ok frukost, men för middag rekommenderas någon av restaurangerna (speciellt Paddles) några hundra meter norrut istället. Trevlig personal, men mycket långsam service.”

“It’s a good size room with 2double beds. Aircon was ok, as the heat was too overpowering. Close to town enough but away from crowds”

“The hotel was clean, affordable and AC and hot water worked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, two major grocery stores on each side of the hotel and the Fugalei market right in front of it. Also was is a restaurant that makes decent “Fish and Chips” besides other dishes. Everything is a couple of steps away from each other, beautiful! Malo lava!”
