A stunning, newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment with stunning sea views, just 5 minutes walk from the iconic Mullins beach. You have your very own entrance with a private parking space. Set in its own plot, in a quiet area, but yet close to all amenities you need for a highly memorable holiday.

Guests are welcomed by an impressive foyer that greets you or your guests on arrival. This area is wide and open which invites you to have a seat and relax a bit before going up to the main floor. There is a ground floor full bathroom, equipped with a shower, basin and toilet. A grand staircase sweeps you up into the main area of this apartment. As you ascend up the staircase you can take in the beautiful sea views and sunsets through the supersized foyer windows. There is a splendid handmade chandelier that is one of several focal pieces here at Mullins Beach Houses.

The huge sitting room and dining area are open plan and ideal for large groups, families and entertaining. The sitting area is ideal for sunset watching while sipping on a rum punch. Moving through to the large beach style modern sitting room, ideal for catching up on the day's events, having a sundowner or just enjoying your favorite shows on our fully loaded firestick.

The dining table seats eight people and is positioned right by the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with modern appliances, for everything you need for a shared meal, take-out or private chef experience. From the dining area, there are double terrace doors leading to a large, covered balcony with a loveseat overlooking the pool and the rear garden. The kitchen has a door which opens to the spiral staircase and leads down to our pool area. We have created a Zen area by the pool with a spa feel and Bali influences to allow you to relax and soak up the atmosphere.

Our fully air conditioned, Master bedroom has a super King-sized bed, with a dressing room with built-in wardrobes leading into a large en-suite bathroom including a shower and bathtub. With its own private covered balcony with stunning sea views, a two-seater sofa, table and chairs ideal for watching those unforgettable Barbados sunsets while sipping your cocktails or having a glass of wine.

There are 3 more fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom 2 (two) has a king-sized bed, large built-in wardrobes and double terrace doors which lead onto a covered balcony overlooking the pool area. Bedroom 3 (three) has two large single beds, with similar built in wardrobes and a door leading onto the back covered balcony that also overlooks the pool area. Bedroom four has a king bed with built-in wardrobes. These three bedrooms have the use of a separate shower room next door and the ground floor shower room all with toilets and basins.

Please note, that here in Barbados the water from the tap is filtered through natural limestone making it safe for drinking and all other daily use. We also offer solar water heating, once you allow the water to run for a bit the tap water will automatically become hot at all showers and taps.

We have a magnificent outdoor space with a private pool, a covered cabana eating area, with tables, chairs and a BBQ. There are sun loungers for all to enjoy and the garden is an oasis for garden lovers.

We have a dedicated House Manager, Kalista who is here to ensure you have a wonderful and stress-free stay with us. We offer a concierge service that is managed by Kalista which includes catering for those who wish to use it.
