“The pool and hot tub were not very clean. The sides of the pool and hot tubs had a lot scum stuck to the walls and there was gross yellow foamy bubbles. The room itself was nice but the pillows and bed were absolutely horrible. The floor of the room was really dirty and turned my grey socks black. The floors need to be cleaned. ”

“We had a very pleasant, quiet stay here. It had everything we needed. One small suggestion: the nuts on the twin bed frames were loose, causing the headboards to rock back and forth a few times whenever someone would roll over. They could use some tightening.”

“Good location, close to restaurants, quiet, very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hot tub was a nice to sit in at night and look at the stars by the outdoor fireplace. I will definately come back to stay.”

“Overall we enjoyed the flat. Loved the location, hot tub and views. After a long day of hiking, it was amazing to get into the hot tub and relax. We had some chilly nights and the heat didn’t work. We tried calling but because it is a rental agency it was hard to get through. We didn’t mind that there wasn’t a kitchen, but we like to have coffee and breakfast at home and there were no mugs and dishes. It’s all about the location for this place. Hiking right outside the door.”

“Tucked into a remote area, but within walking distance of town. Enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the setting and the hot tub. Management fees were excessive, but mgmt. was responsive when we needed them.”

“Great set up, kitchen & living room w fireplace; master bedroom downstairs w a fireplace and nice bathroom and wrap around porch from bedroom and main space; nice bedroom w 2 bed upstairs, bath w tub and washer drier. Open the patio screen door and you can hear the creek nearby, which is fun to explore. Restaurant on premises w lobby that has vino, snacks and any items you may need. Great place to stay in Oak Creek Canyon.”

“Great home base for our long weekend in Sedona. Short drive to hikes and the Sedona main drag. The grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops were within a block. We had cooler temps but enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. We ran out of time to play pickleball but the condo overlooks the courts and did have equipment to play.”

“Things were great overall. The guest portal situation was a pain but the management company answered both my phone calls immediately. However, I did feel like I was nickeled and dimed with fees and security deposits... Location was fantastic, as pictured, and close to everything. Hot tubs working well. Condo was nice but could’ve been slightly better stocked as there weren’t a lot of hangers, dishes or towels. Some hooks for coats would’ve been nice too and maybe a broom to sweep up the gravel...

“Property feels unsafe as it is opened for anyone to walk in through the back gate. Main lobby door is always open, and seems extremely unsafe for that reason. Our room had a 12ish inch tv. Internet was extremely slow. Property management don’t try to work with you at all regarding schedules etc. you are able to hear everything in other rooms as well. ”

“We were in Sedona for 1 night. This condo was the perfect distance from downtown to go enjoy some dinner and drinks, but be able to get out and hike. It was quiet and the view was wonderful. The 2 beds were very soft and there was plenty of seating.”

“The privacy blinds in the bedroom and to the left of the headboard of the bed need replaced. There are holes in both blinds and I feel our privacy was at stake.”

“We came for our honeymoon and were very happy with the villa we stayed in. Spacious and clean and the back porch was so cute! We were disappointed the internet wasn’t working but we saw the workers there so hopefully this will be fixed soon. We made the best of it and will come back but the internet issues did make it a little difficult for someone who works on the go and likes to stay in touch with folks back home. Otherwise, such a lovely stay! ”
