“This Casita is perfect. Great location, more amenities than you normally get in a VRBO rental, and super great hosts! Christopher and Gary even invited us to join them and the neighbors for a cookout on Memorial Day. A couple hiking trails can be reached on foot from the Casita and several others a short drive away. Will definitely try to stay here if we come back to Sedona in the future!”

Very clean and furnished with anything and everything you could possibly want. Great communication and very easy check in process. Fran was a wonderful host and we throughly enjoyed our stay. “We had a great stay. Property has beautiful views and we enjoyed sitting by the fire and watching the stars at night. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Giving 4 stars because reviews made it sound like easy drive to Sedona. It is actually closer to 7 miles from main road and 4 of those were unpaved. We rented a van. I would highly suggest an SUV as this road was very rough and added about 25 minutes to our drive each day. If you want peace and quiet...

“We came for our honeymoon and were very happy with the villa we stayed in. Spacious and clean and the back porch was so cute! We were disappointed the internet wasn’t working but we saw the workers there so hopefully this will be fixed soon. We made the best of it and will come back but the internet issues did make it a little difficult for someone who works on the go and likes to stay in touch with folks back home. Otherwise, such a lovely stay! ”

“The pool and hot tub were not very clean. The sides of the pool and hot tubs had a lot scum stuck to the walls and there was gross yellow foamy bubbles. The room itself was nice but the pillows and bed were absolutely horrible. The floor of the room was really dirty and turned my grey socks black. The floors need to be cleaned. ”
